Arham Dhyan Yoga is the most ancient Yoga technique from Indian Shraman principles of “Dhyan YOG” It is one of the leading yoga institutions propounded by Muni Shri Pranamya sagar ji maharaj and is recognised by GOI Ministry of Ayush. It is working towards the larger objective of Global Peace by working at various levels of body, mind and the soul at the individual level.
This form of Yog works at various levels of our existence i.e. the body, mind and the soul. It includes a combination of physical exercises, sukshma vyayama, sthula vyayama, Pranayama, Arham techniques and meditation methodologies. It believes in Peace and smiles for all. It works towards holistic development at the physical, mental, emotional and eventually spiritual plane.
